Project Process & Timeline

This is an estimated timeline and design process schedule. Please keep in mind that things may move more quickly or slowly depending on the project.

  • Before booking your project, make sure you have some branding inspiration and a clear vision for your brand. This will help us stay focused and aligned throughout the process. You'll also need to fill out a branding questionnaire to outline your values, target audience, goals, mission, and vision for your brand.

  • Begin by paying your deposit and sharing your Pinterest board with me, showcasing your preferred logos, fonts, colors, and other brand elements. I’ll then research your brand and competitors to identify key points of differentiation and gather inspiration. Based on this, I’ll create and present two creative direction concepts, complete with moodboards and color palettes, for you to choose the one that best aligns with your vision.

  • Next, I’ll start by sketching two distinct logo concepts and exploring typography options. After refining each concept, I’ll send them to you so you can choose your favorite. From there, I’ll create additional brand assets, elements, and logo variations to complete the branding package.

  • To help you visualize the logos and overall brand identity, I’ll incorporate the branding elements into mockups that represent real-world applications. Once that’s done, I’ll create a detailed PDF Branding Presentation, showcasing all the components of your new brand identity concept.

  • After reviewing the brand identity presentation, you’ll have the chance to provide feedback. You can approve the design as is or request revisions. Each branding package includes a set number of revisions, with any additional major revisions beyond this number costing $75 each. Once everything is finalized, the files will be delivered in PDF and PNG formats, leaving you as the proud owner of a stunning new brand!
